Hotel guest rooms are available at the Fairmont Banff Springs at a special group rate of: Fairmont Rooms | $499 per night + taxes.

Please be aware that the $16 per adult group surcharge has been built into the rates. Group rates will be extended three (3) days pre-program dates ONLY, subject to availability. 

RESERVATION DUE DATE
Reservations must be made by August 31, 2026 to qualify for the group rate.

We will allow cancellations up until 30 days prior to arrival. Any cancellations within 30 days of arrival are subject to the full stay penalty. A full non-refundable deposit will be charged on the credit cards provided 30 days prior to arrival.
